Creative Process Blog Tour

I'd like to thank the talented Lucinda Elliot, author of historical Regency fiction, for including me in this blog tour.

1. What Am I Working On?

I'm just about to start writing the third book in the Billionaire Brothers romance series, featuring Cole.

2.  How Does My Work Differ From Others In Its Genre?

Hmm ... that's a hard question.  My last seven romances have been about BBWs (big beautiful women) finding love with their very own hero.  My romances have been described as sweet and sexy. I don't have swearing in my books (except for an occasional "hell" or "damn") and I hope my readers find my sex scenes tasteful but hot :-)

3.  Why Do I Write What I Do?

I've spent the last 26 years reading romance, and when I bought a Kindle in 2012, I read a lot of erotic romance on it :-) and came to the conclusion that I wanted to share my stories with the world. Seduced by the Boss was my first series (erotic romance), then I decided to try the sexy contemporary romance genre, and I've been happily writing my sexy contemp romances ever since.

4.  How Does My Writing Process Work?

I only have limited time for writing, so I try to write a minimum of 1,000 words per day, five days per week.  I found Rachel Aaron's Kindle book, From 2k to 10k : Writing Faster, Writing Better, and Writing More of What You Love helpful in this regard. When I'm approaching a deadline, I do write six days per week to make sure my book is finished on time!
